I've said it before I know, but I'm always months behind creating my ideas.
Chessa has been sitting in my sketchbook, waiting to be made for at least a year now.
My new mini pixies gave me the perfect base to finally create her.
(They also give me the perfect base to create a bunch of other little characters that have been patiently waiting...so I'm really excited about the future around here!)
I have to admit, I think she's my favorite doll I've created to date.
This is Chessa the Cheshire.
She's five and a half inches tall if you count her big kitty ears.
Like my last little pixies, she's wired so she can hold some poses.
She was hand painted using acrylics and sealed with a matte varnish.
Her outfit is removable and comes with a dress, tutu, and panties.
She's a bit mad, but I hear all the best people are. ;)
She has already been adopted, but I imagine there will be more cheshires in the future.
It was hard sending her off, but I know where she's going she'll be really loved!
I've already started on the next little doll.
She's a fun custom that I can't wait to share with you all!

Bloogle, a new monster design!
I have been so excited to share my newest monster with you guys.
He's a totally new design, and I adore him!
(Seriously...I didn't even want to list him for adoption, but apparently he wants to see more than just my art room. Oh well.)
This is Bloogle.
Bloogle is a laid back fellow.
He prefers to sit back, relax, and enjoy the pretty sunshine.
He is 8 inches tall and has long, floppy arms.
I adore his long arms! They make him so expressive!
If you need a pal like Bloogle to "chill out" with around the house, he's up for adoption here!
I haven't decided what is next on my to do list.
I have fabrics picked out for at least two more monsters like Bloogle.
I'd also like to make another mini Secret Keeper...and I need to restock on the regular sized Pocket Fluffs! Those guys just don't stick around for long, it seems!
What do you think of the new monster design?

Special Valentine Fluffs
Confession:
I am a total sucker for Valentine's Day.
I LOVE walking down the aisles in the stores just so I can see all the pinks, reds, and whites...and the hearts! I could probably decorate my entire house just from the Valentine section in Hobby Lobby (except people would think I had really lost it then!)
I even loved it all when I was single. It just meant I got to buy a gift for myself rather than someone else! Ha!
(Now that I'm not though, my husband does a pretty darn good job at gift buying!)
I knew I needed to do a special Valentine edition of the Pocket Fluffs!
I had so much fun making these guys.
You'll notice, they each have (at least) one heart on their cheeks.
And seriously...what can say "I love you" more than a Pocket Fluff??
As I'm typing this, two of these fluffs have already found a home, but the rest are patiently waiting in the shop!
Which one is your favorite??

Micro Fluffs!
Several months ago, I was challenged to make a Pocket Fluff 1 inch tall.
It took me a bit to finally get around to it, but I am so glad I accepted that challenge!
Doodle was NOT pleased with this picture, by the way.
Nor was he happy that I said he was the daddy fluff, Pigment was the mommy fluff, and the new micro fluff was their baby.
Ah well.
I think they made a cute little family at least.
Anyway, the micro fluffs are only around 1 inch tall and 1.5 inches wide!
They're so stinking cute, I can hardly stand it.
As you can see by the pictures I'm about to share with you, I've been on a micro fluff making spree!
The following micros have already found their homes:
If you're hoping to adopt a micro fluff, never fear!
These guys are still looking for a home:

To my lovely ball jointed doll lover friends, here's a couple of (not so great indoor/cell phone) comparison shots of the micro fluffs with some tiny dolls. I originally made these bitty guys to be fluffy companions for your tinies!
Pastel is an 11cm Obitsu. She's the same size as a Fairyland pukipuki.
Sparkle is a Charles' Creature Cabinet firefly. It's funny how this picture makes the runt sized fluff look HUGE!

Anyway, I have another micro fluff request to finish up on, and then I think I'm going to start on a new doll design. I haven't made a doll in months!

Little Green Guy
Ever heard of Little Green Guy?
If so, you'll recognize this little fellow:
I created the Little Green Guy fluff just for Brittany to celebrate my monsters and dolls being sold in her awesome shop!
If you live anywhere near Wyandotte, MI (lucky you!) then stop by and say hello to these fluffs for me!
Hop on over to my Facebook page to find out how!

Marnie also decided she'd had quite enough of me, and requested to go visit the LGG shop too.
Even if you don't live in MI, go check out Little Green Guy's site here or visit her on Facebook here!
Oh! And speaking of Facebook, how'd you like a chance to adopt a Pocket Fluff for $1??
And not just ANY Pocket Fluff...you get to adopt this handsome guy:
